A gambler from Canada had a rewarding Friday morning at The Venetian in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kevin Schenk was playing Face Up Pai Gow when he was dealt five aces, winning a (USD) $219,578 jackpot by making a $5 side bet.

By winning the six-figure jackpot, this activated a chance for Schenk to win a portion of the progressive jackpot. The Face Up Pai Gow progressive jackpot now sits at $1,976,404.
In April 2021, an Arizona man won $2.9 million on a $5 bet on a Wheel of Fortune slot machine at the casino. It’s more challenging for gamblers to score two jackpots at the same time to total more than $1 million, according to the operator.
In October 2022, another gambler won nearly $3 million playing at The Venetian. A lucky slots player placed a bet of $5.88 and won $2,835,768. The player decided to remain anonymous.
