In Ontario, the EGR award-winning software provider Swintt announced they have been approved to operate. Their complete catalog of games will be accessible on AGCO-licensed platforms. This will be the first time their content will be available to residents in Canada. Additionally, this is the debut of Swintt in North America. Currently, they are certified in 10 other countries including Malta, Germany, and the Netherlands.
Earlier this year, Swintt acquired Elysium Studios. They’ve added games from Elysium to their catalog to offer immersive themes and state-of-the-art slot designs. One fan-favorite slot offered by SwinttGames is Aloha Spirit XtraLockTM.
Will Swintt thrive in the industry and what games are being released soon?
Tipsy Charms is the first game in the Elysium lineup to be offered by SwinttGames. It’s been well-received in the market. Additionally, the Mesopotamian-themed adventure, Law of Gilgamesh, is set to resale on May 30. Citizens of Ontario have been waiting weeks for this game to launch. Swintt is extremely optimistic about having a profitable second half of the year. They believe their first venture into the Canadian regulated market has been a success so far. Swintt’s Chief Executive Officer David Mann had this to say in a statement.
“Swintt is delighted to have received AGCO approval for its games in Ontario, and we’re very excited to now have the chance to take this new and dynamic market by storm. Being certified to launch in Ontario is definitely a huge step for the company that will enable us to showcase our brand to new audiences on the global stage.” – David Mann
In 2019, Swintt was established. They’ve gained a reputation for offering localized in-house content along with innovative third-party titles. Swintt currently operates nine major regulated markets around the world. By acquiring Elysium in 2024, they helped strengthen their legitimacy within the industry. In the acquisition, they added new and exclusive games to their growing list of casino games. Swintt prides itself on offering a diverse portfolio with classically-themed Premium releases with modern Select slots. The future looks bright for Swintt as they enter the North American betting market for the first time in Ontario. If they continue to have success, more provinces could join.
